We accept Visa and MasterCard. You can, of course, request a C.O.D. shipment. All accounts are "prepaid" until a good credit rating is established. Please print our credit application or call to request a credit application.

SHIPPING
Most in-stock items ship from our warehouse within the same week your order is received. All Backorders are filled in order by date received. All shipments are delivered via UPS/Fed Ex ground, unless you specify otherwise. When prepaying by check or money order, please call for exact freight charges. SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES
Occasional discrepancies may occur between your order and what you
receive. Please call us within 2 weeks of receiving any incorrect
shipment. You can also notify your sales representative. We strive to
correct all errors promptly.
RETURN POLICY
Slight variations are inherent in our craft items. A few stray threads in
a braided rug or very small missed sections are the norm and do not
constitute a flaw. If however, you encounter a large stain, tear or
missing section we ask for written notification and offer you a full
refund or replacement rug sent at no extra charge.
